Job Title: Gas Station Supervisor

K2 MART CHATHAM is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Gas Station Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient workflow
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives
  • Manage inventory, order merchandise, and authorize returns
  • Establish work schedules, prepare reports, and resolve customer complaints
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, manage cash, and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
