Job Summary:

The Early Childhood Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our early childhood programs, ensuring the highest quality care and education for our young learners. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of early childhood educators and assistants
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children
  • Lead activities such as storytelling, teaching songs, and taking children on outings
  • Assist early childhood educators in keeping records and preparing reports for parents and guardians
  • Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and prepare reports
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers
  • Plan and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in early childhood education or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple responsibilities
  • Basic security clearance and vulnerable sector check
