Job Title: Early Childhood Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Supervisor to join our team at KIDS CAVE EARLY LEARNING ACADEMY LTD. As an Early Childhood Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of early childhood educators and assistants in providing high-quality care and education to children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Development: Develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise staff, trainees, or volunteers, and provide guidance and support to ensure they are meeting the needs of children.
  • Child Care: Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers, and assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Record Keeping: Assist early childhood educators or supervisors in keeping records, and submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors.
  • Communication: Discuss progress and problems of children at staff meetings, and establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers working with children.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Certifications: Basic security clearance, criminal record check, and vulnerable sector check.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, and quick learner.
