About the RoleWe're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Health Business Consultant II. As a key member of our healthcare solutions team, you will be responsible for identifying, building relationships with, and engaging clinicians to join TELUS Health.
Your expertise in sales, fundraising, or recruitment will be instrumental in developing innovative reach-out opportunities to build a recruitment pipeline. You will leverage your relationship-building skills to differentiate the TELUS Health value proposition with healthcare providers and identify, develop, and maintain relationships with TELUS Health advocates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver on recruitment targets and marketing objectives to meet or exceed clinical hiring objectives.
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to continuously expand the potential candidate pool and employer brand.
- Build trusted relationships in the physician and healthcare community by creating pre-call plans and executing post-call evaluations to continuously improve recruitment and relationship-building performance.
- Effectively engage physicians and other candidates in the opportunity conversation, handle candidate objections, misunderstandings, and concerns to secure commitment to join TELUS Health.
- Share market intelligence information with leadership and hiring managers to achieve alignment, anticipate environmental change, and optimize recruitment strategy and execution.
- Represent TELUS Health as a brand ambassador at networking and industry events, job fairs, conferences, online events, campus recruiting, etc., to tell our story and promote our culture to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in sales, fundraising, or recruitment. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Science, Marketing with 5+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bilingual in French and English (oral and written).
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen, strategic and critical thinking capabilities.
- Ability to understand and leverage research findings to develop and enhance recruitment strategies.
- Adaptability, resilience, and comfort with ambiguity and last-minute changes.
- Strong self-, time-management, and organizational skills to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $80,000-$133,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%
