About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Phelps Homes Ltd.

This pivotal role involves working directly with the Director of Real Estate, providing essential support that impacts our core operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a deep interest in the real estate industry, and possess the capability to handle various responsibilities ranging from marketing and business development to event coordination and operational support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Management: Oversee all social media accounts to engage audiences and strengthen our brand presence through creative content and strategic interactions.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate in the development and execution of marketing campaigns. Assist with the creation of marketing materials and campaign strategies to drive brand awareness and business growth.
  • Event Planning: Organize and manage all details related to corporate events, from planning to execution, ensuring high standards and alignment with company objectives.
  • Operational Support: Support essential real estate operations, including compliance with regulations, managing document storage systems, and processing agreements efficiently.
  • Coordination with Agents: Work directly with real estate agents to coordinate activities related to sales, leases, and assignments, ensuring all parties are informed and engaged.
  • Liaison with Lawyers: Serve as the point of contact with law firms to facilitate timely and accurate legal processes critical to real estate transactions.
  • Department Reporting: Maintain and update departmental reports, including market intelligence and operational metrics, to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years previous related experience.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, with a preference for those with a background in the real estate industry.
  • Strong familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools, with a preference for candidates having HubSpot experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with various stakeholders including agents, lawyers, and team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
