Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Management: Oversee all social media accounts to engage audiences and strengthen our brand presence through creative content and strategic interactions.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate in the development and execution of marketing campaigns. Assist with the creation of marketing materials and campaign strategies to drive brand awareness and business growth.
  • Event Planning: Organize and manage all details related to corporate events, from planning to execution, ensuring high standards and alignment with company objectives.
  • Operational Support: Support essential real estate operations, including compliance with regulations, managing document storage systems, and processing agreements efficiently.
  • Coordination with Agents: Work directly with real estate agents to coordinate activities related to sales, leases, and assignments, ensuring all parties are informed and engaged.
  • Liaison with Lawyers: Serve as the point of contact with law firms to facilitate timely and accurate legal processes critical to real estate transactions.
  • Department Reporting: Maintain and update departmental reports, including market intelligence and operational metrics, to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years previous related experience.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, with a preference for those with a background in the real estate industry.
  • Strong familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools, with a preference for candidates having HubSpot experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with various stakeholders including agents, lawyers, and team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software.
