Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Meet with customers to understand their jewellery needs and preferences.
- Provide a selection of products that meet customers' needs and preferences.
- Deliver sound product knowledge to support customers in their purchase decisions.
- Follow up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Use our digital technology to enhance the customer experience.
- Manage cash duties, including receiving payment and ensuring accuracy in cash receipts.
- Perform store opening and closing duties.
- Promote store sales and work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals.
- Assist in digital product photography and learn our in-depth digital point-of-sale system.
- Previous jewellery experience is an asset.
- Demonstrated record of a positive work ethic.
- Strong desire to learn and grow with the company.
- Ability to learn products quickly.
- Tech-savvy with excellent communication and time management skills.
- Proven experience in a team-based environment.
