Media Vendor Liaison

Job Overview
As a Media Vendor Supervisor at PMX, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with paid media partners across the organization and its media agencies. Your responsibilities will include facilitating vendor presentations and events, collecting and distributing vendor materials, maintaining accurate vendor databases and documentation, and collaborating with agency and Investment Buying teams to drive business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with planning and buying teams to ensure timely completion of monthly media spend forecasts.
- Manage media vendor contact lists and coordinate vendor presentations.
- Review and assess the accuracy of monthly vendor pacing reports.
- Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions for media vendors.
- Apply media credits and propose corrective measures to optimize media spend.
- Coordinate with specialty teams and media vendors for joint presentations.
- Assist in new business costing exercises and the creation of internal media packages.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Advanced technical knowledge of the advertising industry and media departments.
- Extensive experience in advertising procedures, principles, methods, techniques, and practices.
