Key Responsibilities:

  • Modify existing application programs by reviewing specifications, coding program changes, and making adjustments to ensure seamless system functionality.
  • Gather information from users to design forms and prepare data flowcharts, adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with senior analysts, team leaders, or managers to communicate with users, gather information about current system uses, and provide input on new system requirements and implementation processes.
  • Support the implementation of system changes and provide user support related to clinical and health information software.
  • Assist in developing educational training requirements and perform other related duties as assigned.
