Physician Compensation Analyst

Interior Health is seeking a highly skilled Physician Compensation Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Medical Affairs department, you will play a critical role in supporting the planning, analysis, and decision-making processes related to physician compensation models, contracts, and funding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate information to inform planning and decision-making by the Manager and Directors of Physician Compensation.
- Lead the implementation of physician billing and service reporting processes for new physician contracts.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with program managers, directors, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Collaborate with Financial Services to analyze and implement physician billing initiatives impacting the Medical Affairs and Financial Services portfolios.
- Prepare evaluations of physician service contracts and programs as identified by the service deliverables schedule in physician contracts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and/or CPA designation.
- One to three years of experience relevant to the duties of the position.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and produce high-quality results in a constantly changing environment.
