About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bicycle Repair Shop Supervisor to join our team at Ohm Cycles Canada Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our repair shop, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities
    • Oversee the work of technicians and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet customer demands and deadlines.
  • Lead and Develop Team Members
    • Supervise and mentor junior technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of all team members.
  • Ensure Quality and Safety Standards
    • Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
    • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that all work meets our high standards.
  • Manage Shop Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the repair shop, including inventory management, supply chain management, and equipment maintenance.
    • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity in the shop.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Other trades certificate or diploma.
    • 5 years or more of experience in a bicycle repair shop or related field.
  • Work Setting

Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week. Free parking is available on site, and we offer on-site recreation and activities, as well as team building opportunities.
