Insurance Advisor Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Advisor to join our team at Western Financial Group. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person, and by email
  • Assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy
  • Manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets
  • Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
  • Conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business

Requirements

  • No prior experience is required, and we will provide applicable training for the right candidate
  • RIBO Insurance License is an asset
  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
  • Ability to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email
  • Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role
  • Working experience in EPIC is an asset
