Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Edo Japan. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Restock condiments, supplies, and equipment as needed.
    • Package take-out food and ensure accurate orders are fulfilled.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Upsell and promote menu items and promotions to increase sales and revenue.
  • Store Maintenance
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas.
    • Restock shelves and storage areas as needed.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
    • Will train on the job.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions.
    • Physically demanding, requiring standing for extended periods and repetitive tasks.
