Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with clients through phone communications to address inquiries regarding our products and services.
  • Collaborating effectively with team members to serve as a bridge between clients and various departments within the organization.
  • Conducting thorough account analyses to identify issues and initiate appropriate follow-up actions.
  • Aiming to surpass both qualitative and quantitative performance metrics in a busy call center setting.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of departmental policies and procedures.
  • Participating in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A university degree in Finance or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with industry databases.
  • CSC/IFIC certification is an advantage.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical capabilities.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills in both English and French.

Work Environment:
This role requires flexibility to accommodate varying hours of operation throughout the year. Candidates must be proficient in both English and French to facilitate collaboration with diverse teams.
