Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and develop sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive sales growth
- Lead daily and weekly department meetings to ensure alignment and goal achievement
- Hold weekly 1:1 meetings with direct reports to discuss performance and provide coaching
- Support the execution of department and company initiatives to drive business results
- Champion and act as an ambassador for the Elte brand
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience managing a sales team in a customer-facing environment
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams
- Experience with CRM and point-of-sale tools is an asset
