- Engaging in collaboration with the Faculty of Medicine.
- Building relationships with various stakeholder groups and the broader community.
- Championing principles of equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility.
The ideal candidate will possess a medical doctorate or an equivalent qualification, along with a minimum of five years in a senior leadership role within a clinical or educational environment. A graduate degree with a focus on medical education or business administration is preferred.
Experience in family medicine or rural healthcare, coupled with a solid understanding of medical education and research methodologies, is highly valued.
