About the Role:

As a Senior Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, navigating our sales process, and building strong relationships with our team members. Your primary goal will be to exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Navigate and utilize our sales tools and computer programs to facilitate the sales process.
  • Consult with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of Toyota products and services, and effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Ensure the sales area is maintained in a neat and organized manner, showcasing our vehicles and products in an attractive and appealing way.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong product knowledge and sales skills.
