Job Description for Restaurant Manager at Osaka Sushi

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Restaurant Manager to join our team at Osaka Sushi. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Delivery: Ensure that all customers receive prompt and courteous service, and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that our restaurant maintains a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure that we receive the best possible prices and quality.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our restaurant and attract new customers.
  • Customer Relations: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, reliable, team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
