Role Responsibilities:
The Labor & Delivery RN is responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care through meticulous assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation in alignment with established protocols and guidelines. This role includes:
- Ensuring a safe and supportive work environment.
- Performing all job-related duties with professionalism and care.
- Maintaining clinical and professional competencies relevant to the patient demographics served.
Position Requirements:
- Successful completion of the National Council Licensure Exam-RN (NCLEX-RN).
- ACLS and American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications must be obtained within six months of employment.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree is required.
