Nurse Practitioner

About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Bayshore HealthCare. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to clients in their own homes, working collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care to clients in their own homes, assessing their needs and developing personalized care plans.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- Provide support and direction to Licensed/Registered Practical Nurses and paraprofessional staff members involved in direct client care visits.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing and current registration with the provincial licensing body.
- Valid CPR certification is obligatory.
- At least two years of recent experience, preferably in a community setting; new grads may be considered for hire on an individual basis.
- Have either a reliable mode of transportation (bus, train, etc) OR a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for commuting.
- A clear police criminal record and able to get a Vulnerable Sector Screening if required.
