- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and prioritize care accordingly.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress, report changes, and adjust care plans as needed.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the United States.
- Successful completion of the National Council Licensure Exam-RN (NCLEX-RN).
- Ability to obtain ACLS and American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 6 months of hire.
- 2-year work authorization with options to renew indefinitely.
- Comprehensive immigration, credentialing, and certification support.
