About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at D'Theatre Restaurant and Pub. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Deliver exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are served in a timely and efficient manner, meeting the high standards of our restaurant.
  • Table Setting and Maintenance
    • Set tables with linens, silverware, and glassware, ensuring that all items are clean and in good condition.
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the dining area.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, and utensils, ensuring that they are free of food residue and bacteria.
    • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, and storage areas.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience for our guests.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
