Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Kaipings Restaurant. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Deliver clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
    • Load buspans and trays
    • Place dishes in storage areas
    • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
    • Portion and wrap foods
    • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items
    • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
    • Stock refrigerators and salad bars
  • Customer Service
    • Take customers' orders
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance
    • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
  • Security and Safety
    • Undergo a criminal record check
    Requirements
    • Education
