Role Overview:
The primary responsibility of the Coach is to foster a thriving store environment that prioritizes both consumer and employee satisfaction while implementing strategies to achieve business objectives. The Coach will act as a pivotal leader, assisting the Head Coach in managing daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze sales data to uncover opportunities for growth based on category performance.
2. Ensure adherence to sales floor standards, including replenishment and organization.
3. Maintain visual merchandising equipment in alignment with brand standards, including signage and fixtures.
4. Collaborate with the Back of House team to streamline receiving processes and optimize stock organization.
5. Train and mentor store athletes on visual merchandising principles to uphold brand integrity.
Store Operations:
1. Oversee daily operational tasks to guarantee smooth store functionality.
2. Provide ongoing coaching on sales techniques and product knowledge to elevate customer service standards.
3. Inspire and empower the team to deliver a customer-centric experience that fosters a culture of sales and service.
4. Conduct performance coaching sessions with Leads and Athletes to ensure alignment with expectations.
5. Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations, including Health and Safety and Loss Prevention.
6. Manage store opening and closing procedures in accordance with established guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail leadership capacity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management systems.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
