As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their goals. What will you do?

  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Work closely with clients to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date on financial products and services to provide clients with informed advice and guidance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance client experience.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.

Nice-to-have

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Knowledge of financial products and services.
