Job Title: Night Shift Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a Night Shift Supervisor to join our team at Hampton by Hilton Toronto Airport Corporate Centre. As a Night Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the night operations of our hotel, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of night staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare and submit reports on night operations, including any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Assist guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging for repairs as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring that the hotel has everything it needs to operate smoothly.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
