Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Late Night Pizza. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and dining area, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
- Hire and manage food service staff.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Address customer complaints or concerns.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Or equivalent experience.
- 5-10 people supervised.
- Food service counter attendants and food preparers.
- Fast-paced environment.
- Work under pressure.
