Closing the Gap Healthcare Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a multidisciplinary team of Personal Support Workers, ensuring the delivery of exceptional client care and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of client services, ensuring high-quality care and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and support a team of Personal Support Workers, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Active registration and good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (RNs or RPNs preferred).
  • Proven experience in a healthcare leadership or management role, with a strong background in client care and service delivery.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
