Senior Executive Director, Health and Community Services

Liaison College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Director to lead our Health, Education, Social and Community Services and Membership Organizations department. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate financial, human, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring effective use of resources to achieve business objectives.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication across teams.
- Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring they align with business strategy and goals.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, promoting Liaison College's interests and reputation.
- Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegating necessary authority and creating optimum working conditions to drive business success.
- Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring effective management of resources and talent.
- Team Size: Supervise a team of 3-4 people.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Work Hours: 42 hours per week.
