We are a leading provider of custom homes and business services, seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team.

Job Summary

The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of our organization, ensuring alignment with our mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business plans, aligning with our company's vision and objectives.
  • Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to senior staff, ensuring effective management of resources and personnel.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and control, ensuring fiscal responsibility and accountability.
  • Representation: Represent the company in negotiations, official functions, and other external activities, promoting our brand and interests.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, ensuring employees meet expectations and contribute to the company's success.
  • Operational Management: Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5 years or more in a senior management role, preferably in business services or real estate.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, strategic planning, financial management, and communication skills.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office, MS Access, and other relevant software.
