About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Executive Vice President to join our team at ELI ALUMINIUM INTERIORS & FURNITURE INC. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong background in financial management, communications, and business services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs, establish financial and administrative controls, and formulate and approve promotional campaigns.
  • Communications: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, and establish objectives for the organization.
  • Business Services: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, select middle managers, directors or other executive staff, and create optimum working conditions.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and establish human resources planning.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a senior executive role
  • Strong background in financial management, communications, and business services
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Ability to represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions
  • 35 hours per week
