- Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and organizational vision.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring effective communication and representation of organizational interests.
- Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions, ensuring effective leadership and management.
- Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring effective management of departmental resources.
- Team Size: Supervise a team of 3-4 people.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Work Hours: 42 hours per week.
