Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Albert Melo Foods Ltd. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Management: Establish and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our kitchen and service teams are well-coordinated and productive.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support to ensure that our quality standards are met.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that our inventory levels are adequate and that we minimize waste.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and taking corrective action as needed.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their needs are met and that they have a positive experience.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
