About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at HFL Hospitality Inc. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service outlet, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports
    • Establish work schedules
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment
