About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Food Quality: Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators to management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
