About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Butcher, Retail at HASHI IZAKAYA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of meats and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare meats for processing and cutting
  • Cut and trim meats to standard cuts
  • Wrap and package prepared meats
  • Remove bones from meat
  • Weigh and price meat products
  • Sell meats to customers
  • Grind meats and prepare special displays
  • Shape and tie roasts and other meats
  • Prepare special orders
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a butcher shop or related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle heavy loads
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
