We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Superintendent to lead our construction projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site leadership and supervision to construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and schedule all construction activities, including manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractor services, to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitor and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, regulations, and best practices to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel on-site.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to assess workmanship, identify deficiencies, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and as-built drawings, to track project performance and facilitate project closeout.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish, preferably within the Toronto and surrounding areas.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to project management.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools, such as Procore, PlanGrid, or equivalent.
  • Must have P.Eng in Canada.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
