We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Coordinator I to join our Recreation Therapy/Adult Day Services department. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing recreational and leisure programs that support the health and well-being of our residents and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and implement recreational and leisure programs for residents and clients
- Supervise Activity Worker II positions and provide direction to designated volunteers
- Carry out therapeutic components of resident care plans under the clinical direction of a Recreation Therapist or designate
- Assist with monitoring patient/resident progression
- Graduation from a recognized recreational program plus one year of recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- An appropriate valid Class IV vehicle license as required

- Four weeks vacation with one year of continuous service
