Key Responsibilities- Product Line Development: Manage day-to-day line development for products with cross-functional teams to achieve corporate goals.
- Project Management: Manage key milestones in the development process with supporting financials, PowerPoints, and presentations.
- Financial Management: Ensure product lines meet financial targets and brand budgets.
- Business Planning: Assist with the execution of business plans and collect, analyze, and summarize data in support of brand development.
- Global Collaboration: Work closely with global subsidiaries to address global needs and market feedback; support global information needs.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate franchise/brand and marketing strategies with all stakeholders, including internal cross-functional teams.
- Marketing Execution: Assist in the execution of global brand-building activities and development of global marketing tools, including brand and product advertising, and development of content with internal and external groups.
- Data Management: Maintain data accuracy of product line documentation.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency across the franchise/brand across assets and commercial deliverables.
- Marketing Program Development: Develop the brand by assisting with overall execution of key marketing programs.
- Performance Analysis: Deliver item-level forecasting, tracking, and performance roll-ups to impact Global marketing strategy.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years' experience in consumer or brand marketing.
- Skills: Understanding of standard marketing techniques, business objectives related to marketing/brand management, research methodologies, and annual financial plans.
- Language: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and proficiency in both English and French languages (verbal and written).
- Personal Qualities: Ability to differentiate and create compelling positioning statements and relevance for our consumers and customers, drive change and results through influential leadership skills, effectively manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment, time management and quantitative skills, strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, strong communication and presentation skills, proactive and diligent, experience with product development, and a positive attitude.
