Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Store Clerk to join our team at Real Canadian Superstore. As a Store Clerk, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales team in achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the stockroom, sales floor, and customer service areas.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in achieving sales goals by restocking shelves, processing transactions, and providing product information to customers.
- Inventory Management: Count, weigh, and sort inventory, and maintain accurate records of stock levels and inventory movements.
- Operational Support: Operate electric palette jacks, and perform other tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the store.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
- Work Environment: The store is air-conditioned and has a cold/refrigerated environment.
- Work Setting: The store is a supermarket/grocery store.
- Physical Demands: The job requires standing for extended periods, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Weight Handling: The job requires handling weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
