Position Overview:

As the Strategy & Integrated Planning Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Corporate Strategic Initiatives. This dynamic team is responsible for driving the development of strategies, ensuring enterprise alignment, and integrating plans to achieve our organizational vision and strategic goals.

Your role will involve leading an adaptive planning process to ensure effective strategy execution across the organization. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and subject matter experts to advance strategic initiatives and maximize their impact and return on investment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate an adaptive and integrated planning process that translates corporate strategy into actionable operational plans.
  • Guide teams through all phases of the planning process, providing solutions for agile review and adjustments in a complex environment.
  • Continuously evaluate strategies and initiatives to identify opportunities for enhanced alignment and accelerated execution.
  • Oversee the identification, evaluation, selection, and prioritization of strategic opportunities at the enterprise level.
  • Utilize strong business acumen and design thinking to scope strategic opportunities, focusing on cross-functional initiatives.
  • Plan and conduct strategic workshops with leaders and potentially external stakeholders.
  • Support senior leaders in crafting impactful presentations that clearly communicate strategic pursuits.
  • Coordinate the preparation of business cases for executive decision-making in collaboration with key support functions.
  • Work with Corporate Communications to develop internal communications that promote understanding of corporate strategy and progress.
  • Manage the performance measurement process of the corporate strategy, ensuring alignment with executive targets.
  • Present updates on the status of plans, collaborating with various functions to aggregate performance insights.
  • Ensure integrated resource planning aligns with the corporate strategy and operational plans.
  • Act as a thought leader, demonstrating agility and collaboration in your approach.
  • Exhibit accountability and determination in leading strategic planning efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in developing and applying enterprise-wide strategic frameworks and planning methodologies.
  • Exceptional project management skills; experience in business portfolio management is advantageous.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with a talent for making complex ideas accessible.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across the organization.
  • Ability to foster positive relationships with diverse groups, appreciating processes and organizational culture.

  • A minimum of five years of relevant professional experience and ongoing education in the field.
