Job Title: Flooring Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Flooring Specialist to join our team at Trademarks Properties Inc. As a Flooring Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining various types of flooring, including carpet, hardwood, and resilient floor coverings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and measure surfaces to be covered
  • Measure, cut, and fasten underlay and underpadding
  • Prepare flooring plans and scheduling
  • Install carpeting and resilient floor coverings
  • Prepare and install hardwood floors
  • Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings
  • Estimate costs and materials
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
Work Environment:

As a Flooring Specialist, you will work in various locations, including residential and commercial settings. You will be required to bend, crouch, and kneel frequently.
