Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at Levista Salon Corp.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional leadership and guidance to our nail technicians, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in the salon, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our nail technicians.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for our staff and customers.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced salon environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
