Job Summary

The Transformation Office Lead will play a critical role in driving the clinical transformation agenda for Brightshores' Health Information System (HIS). This individual will work closely with senior management to define objectives and oversee the planning and execution of clinical transformative goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of the clinical transformation strategy
  • Collaborate with the Project Director, Chief Medical Information Officer, and Chief Nursing Informatics Officer to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with large-scale system projects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clinical informatics leads and project management office
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Transformation Management Office team
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the transformation process
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and success

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (may consider applicable clinical or other healthcare experience in lieu of degree)
  • Two years' relevant experience in project management, clinical transformation, or a related field
  • Strong experience with Health Information Systems (HIS) and clinical transformation management
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with occasional on-site requirements
