Area Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Area Sales Manager to oversee and direct all sales activities in support of commercial and residential customers in Quebec. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing direct accounts and leading the local sales team to achieve our growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet sales targets and operational goals.
- Provide coaching, development, and motivation to branch personnel to enhance their performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with the local service team and management to ensure successful project execution.
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly and maintain high ethical standards.
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
- Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven sales management experience with a track record of success.
- Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices.
- Ability to meet sales targets and operational goals.
- Familiarity with building systems (fire control and security).
- Excellent organizational skills and results-driven approach.
- Leadership and human resources management skills.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the construction industry.
