Reporting to the Director of National Partnerships at Dialogue Health Technologies Inc., you will create significant value by identifying partnership avenues to engage new end users. This role encompasses the ongoing management of key strategic alliances, including but not limited to, major consultants and Third Party Administrators. We are in search of a strategic innovator who will collaborate across various functions to deliver value to our partners, construct comprehensive business cases, present to senior leadership, and work with teams to develop, implement, and oversee new and existing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with select existing platinum partners (Consultants/TPAs), ensuring exceptional service and establishing processes to foster the success and growth of our business relationships with these stakeholders;
  • Identify and cultivate a qualified pipeline of strategic partners by gaining a thorough understanding of the landscape and developing a strategy for prioritizing ideal potential partners;
  • Present proposals to potential partners across various industries;
  • Draft partnership proposals and oversee the signing of new partners;
  • Contribute significantly to our annual sales objectives;
  • Enhance internal processes related to the growth and success of our strategic partnerships;
  • Develop an evaluation framework for the selection and prioritization of new partners and establish KPIs to measure success;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Customer Success, Product, Service Operations, and Engineering) to identify, develop, and execute new business and pricing models to support new and existing offerings;
  • Travel as required.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 5+ years of experience in a high-performing environment with a proven track record of excellence;
  • Experience in the HR and group insurance benefits sector;
  • Experience managing a team, accounts, and partners is a strong asset;
  • A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze scenarios logically, always seeking mutually beneficial outcomes for Dialogue and its partners;
  • A demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets (experience with Salesforce is a strong asset);
  • Proficiency in French is an asset.
