At Parisella Vincelli Associates Consulting Group, Inc, we're seeking a seasoned Change Management Trainer to join our team of experts. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in delivering management training workshops and one-on-one coaching support to our clients across North America.

With a proven track record of developing and delivering training programs, you'll be responsible for conducting needs assessments, designing tailored training materials, and managing training sessions for our clients' managers and front-line supervisors. Your expertise will help our clients achieve and sustain project goals and objectives.

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for operational excellence. If you're a skilled trainer with a strong background in organizational development, communication, and leadership development, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs assessments and design tailored training materials
  • Manage and deliver training sessions for clients' managers and front-line supervisors
  • Provide one-on-one coaching support to clients

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in developing and delivering training programs
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (MBA or Master's is an asset)
  • PROSCI Certification
  • Proven presentation and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluency in a second language (French)
  • General business knowledge and experience in various industries
  • Demonstrated knowledge of concepts such as Lean and Six Sigma
