Key Responsibilities:
As an Excellence Solutions Specialist at Roche, you will play a vital role in one or more Centers of Excellence within the SEA Network, facilitating the achievement of business objectives through reliable and consistent partnerships. Your responsibilities will include:

Utilizing your technical expertise to propose evidence-based enhancements that boost efficiency while balancing the needs of various stakeholders.

Building and nurturing relationships to identify and develop solutions that add value to the business, while effectively communicating with our partners.
LEARNING & INFLUENCING
Sharing best practices and seeking opportunities for self-directed learning, actively participating in shaping the SEA Network's capabilities and evolving our role to better support the business.
RISK AND COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT
Understanding Roche Policies & Procedures, acting as a 'gatekeeper' between Legal, Compliance, and various stakeholders regarding contracting matters.
ADAPTABILITY & FLEXIBILITY
Embracing change and prioritization, easily adjusting to a dynamic work environment while undertaking ad hoc project requests and team initiatives.
UTILIZING TOOLS & NETWORKS
Becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the SEA Network, employing project management skills to expedite requests and tasks to meet Service Level Agreements.

Candidate Profile:
You are a talented and passionate individual who effectively utilizes your technical skills and aligns well with our collaborative, rigorous, and entrepreneurial spirit. You:
- Hold a 3-year degree, preferably in Business Administration.
- Possess a growth mindset and are eager to learn through experience.
- Have a strong working knowledge of Google Workspace - Docs, Sheets & Slides.
- Are motivated to make a difference and find excitement in innovating systems, tools, and processes.
- Exemplify a self-starter mentality, driven by achieving successful outcomes through systems, tools, and teamwork.
- Can adapt to changing work demands and possess excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Have experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes in a compliant and auditable environment, which is considered an asset for this role.
This position is not eligible for relocation support and is open to applicants legally authorized to work in Canada.
