Job Title: Dump Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled Dump Truck Driver to join our team at NOREX VENTURES INC.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a dump truck to transport goods to various locations. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a dump truck to transport goods to various locations
  • Inspect the vehicle regularly to ensure it is in good working condition
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure and oil levels
  • Load and unload goods safely and efficiently
  • Communicate with dispatch and other team members to coordinate transportation
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, and other relevant data
Requirements:
  • Valid Class 1 or A driver's license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require heavy lifting and bending
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
