We are a boutique specialty food store dedicated to providing exceptional quality products and services to our customers. As a Barista/Cashier, you will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding customer experience and contributing to our team's success.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a fully stocked and clean station, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring efficient operation of the front-of-house area.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Operate a Point of Sale system, processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with management to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience as a Barista or in a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
